Before you buy
Is it safe? Who should not use it?
The EndoSculpt works by mechanical massage, not heat, electrical current or light. Do not use it if you are pregnant, over active inflammation, open wounds, rosacea flare-ups, recent facial surgery, implants or metal plates in the treatment area, or if you are undergoing cancer treatment. If you have a skin or medical condition, ask your doctor first.
Can I use it after fillers or Botox?
Wait until your practitioner clears you, usually about two weeks after Botox and four weeks after fillers, and avoid working directly over the injected area. When in doubt, ask the person who did the procedure.
What if it does not work for me?
You have 30 days from delivery to return an unused device in its original packaging for a full refund. Write to support@loganbeauty.com and we will send return instructions.
How is it different from a $30 face roller?
A stone roller glides over the skin. The EndoSculpt rotates under its own power, forward and in reverse, so it grips the tissue and works the muscle and fluid underneath instead of only rubbing the surface. That is the difference between a nice ritual and an actual massage.
Does it hurt? Will it leave marks?
It should feel like a firm massage, never painful. Use light pressure and let the rotation do the work. Some redness right after a session is normal and settles within minutes.
Standard or Premium, which do I need?
Standard gives you the device and the Wave Roller, which is the part that does the sculpting. Premium adds the Cooling Spheres for the cold finish and a silk hairband. If you want the complete ritual, take Premium.
Using it
How often should I use it?
Every day, 10 minutes per session. Lymphatic massage works with regularity, not with intensity, so a short daily pass beats a long weekly one.
When will I see results?
Most of our testers noticed less puffiness in the first week and a more defined jawline by day 30. This is what testers reported, not a promise. Individual results vary.
How do I use it correctly?
Start with clean, dry skin and apply your serum or moisturizer. Hold the power button for two seconds, choose your speed, then glide upward and outward with light pressure, five to ten passes per area. First time, start on speed one.
Can I use it on my neck and around the eyes?
Yes on the neck and jawline. Around the eyes use the Cooling Spheres only, with the lightest touch, and stay on the bone, not on the eyelid.
Do I need creams or gels with it?
Any serum, oil or moisturizer you already use is enough. The device needs a little slip so it glides instead of pulling.
How do I clean and store it?
Power it off and wipe the attachment with a soft, slightly damp cloth after each session. Keep it dry between uses and store it in the box or pouch.
